1Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Websellerz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Websellerz.

Important: If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.

2Our Services

Websellerz provides professional web design and development services:

  • Custom website design

3Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Our standard payment structure:

  • 50% deposit - Required before project commencement
  • 50% final payment - Due upon project completion

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and all major credit cards via Stripe.

Late Payment: Invoices are due within 14 days. Late fees of 2% per month apply to overdue amounts.

4Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all required content and materials within agreed timeframes
  • Respond to requests within 48 hours during business days
  • Review and approve designs within 5 business days
  • Make payments according to schedule

Our Responsibilities

  • Deliver work that meets professional standards
  • Test functionality across multiple devices and browsers
  • Provide regular project updates
  • Complete projects within agreed timeline

5Project Changes

Each project includes reasonable revisions at key stages. Changes beyond the original scope will be quoted separately at £75/hour for design work and £85/hour for development work.

6Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom designs and code transfers to the client. Third-party plugins, themes, and templates remain property of their respective owners.

Portfolio Rights: We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7Support & Delivery

Post-Launch Support

We provide 30 days of complimentary support after website launch, including bug fixes and minor content updates (up to 2 hours of work).

Warranties

We warrant our work will be performed professionally and function as designed across modern browsers and devices. Work is guaranteed free from material defects for 30 days post-launch.

8Termination

Either party may terminate services with 7 days written notice. Client pays for all work completed to date. No refund of deposits or payments already made.

9Limitation of Liability

Websellerz's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
